This property requires a minimum of 2 hours’ notice for all reservations.
The property does not charge a check in rescheduling fee, if notified by call or text message at least 1 hour before the check-in time. A charge of GBP 30 rescheduling fee applies in case of late show-up of over 15 minutes without a prior notice. The check-in will be rearranged at the most convenient time.
Please note that this property cannot accommodate stag or hen parties. Parties are also not accepted under any circumstances.
The accommodation will charge at least GBP 300 breakage and incidentals deposit on the day of booking. This is returned in the next 7 working days after your departure. In some cases arrivals can be charged up to GBP 2000 refundable damage deposit for security reasons.
Upon check-in, guests must show a valid, government issued photo ID and the credit card used for the booking. If the guest is not the cardholder then the cardholder must be present upon check-in to provide the card used to make the payment and a photo ID. 美國總統川普11月即將展開亞洲行，雖然人不到台灣，但美國也有重要人物先行訪台，分別是美國前亞太助卿羅素（Daniel Russel）和美國在台協會（AIT）執行理事羅瑞智（John J. Norris Jr.）。
蔡英文總統24日在總統府接見美國前亞太助卿羅素時表示，羅素在擔任美國國務院亞太助卿任內，協助建立台美堅實合作基礎，尤其在區域安全、經貿、國際空間和國防層面。
總統提及，身處目前變化的局勢中，很高興看到台美關係依舊強健和穩定。因為羅素打下的基礎，讓台灣和川普政府不論在國防、區域安全、或是貿易投資面向，都保持密切合作。目前台美兩國夥伴關係也在台美「全球合作暨訓練架構」（GCTF）下，持續對國際社會做出貢獻。
另外，外交部也宣布美國在台協會執行理事羅瑞智在23日到28日訪台，強調羅瑞智是「接任現職」後首度訪問台灣。

中國大陸直播近期吹起「偽娘」風，許多實況主在鏡頭前個個皮膚白皙、甜美可人，魅力完全不輸貨真價實的女孩們。不料，近日有貼文指出，有土豪長年追蹤一名「偽娘」實況主，但由於行為舉止太像女生，讓他質疑對方根本是女生，便叫他用男生的聲音唱軍歌，怎料實況主還真的唱不出來，土豪才頓時發現原來她真的是女兒身。由於他多年下來在這名實況主身上砸了不少錢，心有不甘便一氣之下控告對方詐欺。
這則貼文在中國大陸的偽娘圈與粉絲間引起熱烈討論，有網友表示「就算是平板也不能裝偽娘啊」、「學到了，負負得正，假的偽娘=真的娘」，還有人替受害土豪抱屈「好不容易彎了，妳竟然是女的？」而消息一出，也讓偽娘圈內拉警報，包括被稱「中國第一偽娘」的軒墨寶寶和CC醬都在第一時間發文，強調「絕對是貨真價實的男生啦！」
